Building learning ecosystems, together
Between 2022 and 2025, The Learning Quest strengthened its mission to expand and foster learner-centered education by turning communities into living learning ecosystems.
Throughout these years, we built strategic partnerships with universities, foundations, and national education networks, developed practical and shareable learning resources, and launched initiatives that bring learning into everyday spaces — parks, libraries, markets, and civic events. From hands-on community experiences like the Teddy Bear Fix-It Clinics to projects such as the Library of Things, the Tool Lending Library, and the Education Passport, our work demonstrates that meaningful learning happens everywhere.
At the same time, our publications and Spanish Immersion programs gained regional and national recognition, positioning The Learning Quest as a reference point for bilingual, learner-centered education grounded in cultural competence and real-world practice.
This progress report captures the milestones, lessons, and growth of this journey — and looks ahead to what’s next: launching new community resources, expanding national leadership in immersion education, and creating pathways that ensure equitable access to learning for all.
Learning is not a destination. It’s a shared, evolving journey — and we’re building it together.
